The Submission Process | Building
A Custom Database | eXtra Advanced
Submitter Services

Introduction: This tutorial was designed for the newbie or advanced user. I will go over most points about the program on how to successfully submit a TGP gallery, as well as customizing your own database. You will see action screen shots as I go though this process step by step. If you submit using MGP galleries you should be able to use the same methods that are being used to submit a TGP in the tutorial. I will also point out other features and services that are not included in the original basic tutorial Step 1. First of all make sure everything is filled out correctly in the Page Creator tab. Break down of the fields in page creator. "Select the directory on your site where you will upload files" In this field you will type the website path of the folder where your gallery will be located on your web server/host. "Select the initial gallery file" In this field you will click on the Select Gallery ... button, search your hard drive and choose the gallery you wish to submit. "How many recips per file? (Most sites accept up to 3-4)" Recips meaning reciprocals, these are images or text links that will be placed in your gallery. We recommend setting this setting to 3. "Put reciprocal links on the bottom of pages (by default is on the top)" By default recips will be placed at the top of the gallery. Most tgp's accept this format. You should not check this option unless you want to maneuver recips in different locations on the gallery. You can also do this by using <!--recips--> tag in your html. "Use timestamp on file names" Checking this option will place the time on each gallery file name that is created upon duplication. "Collect statistics for created galleries" This option will only be visible is you have purchased a statistics license. If you have purchased one you will want to check this option. "Gallery Description" Here you will enter a description which will be submitted to the tgp/mgp's upon submitting in the Page Submitter tab we found that using a 3 word combo for your description will give you the best results, this is not the case for every TGP/MGP. Another Alternative Gallery Description field is also provided for those longer descriptions that may need to be used on TGP/MGP's that may require one. "Gallery Comments" Some TGP/MGP's have a field on there page that is used for comments. An example that I like to use is thanking the reviewer of that TGP/MGP for reviewing my gallery. This is optional however. "Category" In these fields you can choose the categories that you wish to use upon your submissions. If your submitting a teenish/amateurish gallery you may be able to get away with using, teen, amateur, babe, babes, young ladies. Because every tgp has there own guidelines and category names you should list more than 1 category before duplication. "Number of Pictures or Movies" Pretty self explanatory, type in the number of thumbnails that are in your gallery.
Next, your going to want to make sure you select the correct directory structure for where you reciprocal images are located on the server. To do this you will enter in information in the Settings -> Galleries / Reciprocals tab you may also input multiple features which are also listed on this tab.. Example shown in the screen shot below.
Next you will need to select all the submission type categories you will be submitting to. A submission type is a group name that you give to a group of TGP/MGP's. This is to prevent you from submitting a solo teen gallery to a hardcore only TGP/MGP. Other people like to organize there TGP/MGP's by traffic instead of niche, this is up to you. There is more details on this listed in the database building section listed below if you wish to organize your submission types a different way or would like to set your own up with different names. With the new version v3.1 you can choose up to 10 submission types at once time. Example shown in the screen shot below. A submission type is a name you give to a group of specific tgp/mgp's i.e tgp's that only accept teen galleries may be called TGP_TeenOnly or TeenSitesOnly, what ever name you give it will work upon building your database.
Once you have filled out all the necessary information for your gallery you can go ahead and click create files, this will place all the tgp/mgp reciprocals into your gallery pages which will be uploaded to your server/webhost account. Example shown below:
Before Duplication Of Gallery
After Duplication Of Gallery
HTML Results
To do this you can use the FTP feature located in Settings -> FTP / Email / Stats tab or you may use your own FTP client of choice to upload your gallery files.
Step 2: Now everything is set in place. You will want to run tests and make sure everything is in order, one way of doing this is by loading your online version of the gallery into a Advanced Submitter browser. To do this you will want to click on the Page Submitter tab. Then right click on a random TGP/MGP in the list on the left, select show real gallery. This will display the online version of your gallery. Example shown in the screen shot below.
If everything is working ok you are ready to hand submit using the auto fill features. Start by single left clicking the first tgp at the top of the list of the left in the Page Creator tab. Then click the Next Three >>> label on the bottom of the list. What this does is loads the first tgp in the list into Browser 1, the second tgp on the list into browser 2, and the third tgp into browser 3. Browser 1 will be selected on top first, it should fill in all the fields for the submission page, if all the fields look correct, click the submission page submit or send button, then go to browsers 2 and 3 and repeat this process. Once you have submitted on browsers 1-3, click the Next Three >>> label again and repeat this process until you are finished with the list. Example shown in the screen shot below.
Now you will want to confirm all of your confirmation emails. You may confirm them in outlook or your favorite mail client software, or use the auto confirmation mail feature in Advanced Submitter located in the Tools -> Verify Emails tab. First you will want to make sure your email information is set in the Settings -> FTP / Email /Stats tab, this way Advanced Submitter can download the confirmation emails from your mail server. If this is setup correctly go back to Tools - >Verify Emails tab. Click download emails, this will begin to download your confirmation emails, once this is finished click filter urls, this will get rid of most of the junk ones. Once everything is downloaded and in order you can click confirm urls. A small tip is to go to the Settings -> Browser tab, and disable everything in web browser by checking all of the options, this prevents Advanced Submitter from getting in a lock mode where it pauses on one email because of java that is run on some of the emails. Example of confirming emails is shown in the screen shot below: Mails Being Downloaded:

Building You Own Customized Database: Basic functionality of adding a TGP/MGP To begin adding a TGP/MGP to your new customized database you will begin by select the Database -> Sites Full-View tab. Here you can input all the information needed about the tgp/mgp you would like to add to your database.
Fields as follows:
Site Name: This field is customizable to you, does not matter what name you give it but you must give it a name, preferably the name of the tgp/mgp's domain name. Submit URL: This field is where the submission URL of the tgp/mgp goes. Recip Link: In this field you will enter the tgp/mgp's link back which is encoded into the recip image or text link. If the tgp/mgp does not require a recip or link back, leave this blank. Recip image or text: In this field it has a selection button to the right, upon clicking it you will be prompted to find the recip image that you have saved to your hard drive which is related to the tgp/mgp you are entering into the database. If the tgp/mgp only wants a text link that you must create on your own, you can enter in simple text in this field and Advanced Submitter will hyper link the text that you input into this field. Recip table: This field is for any table code a tgp/mgp may you want you to use instead of a text link or image recip. Site info: This is optional it means the same thing as comments to yourself that will be displayed in the top dialog box upon submitting to tgp/mgp's. Type: For every tgp/mgp you add you will want to select a submission type to it, you can name these what ever you wish, you can sort by traffic or niche or how ever you wish. Weight: Means the same thing as rate. If you give a tgp/mgp a weight of 100, and another of 20, 50, or 60 the tgp/mgp with the weight of 100 will be on the top of your page submitter list when you are submitting. SingleRecip: Set this to true if a certain tgp/mgp only wants there recip on the gallery page you will be using to submit to them. You can also select it for no recip tgp/mgp's just make sure to leave recip image-text and recip link empty if you wish to do this. Autosubmit: Set to true if you wish to set that tgp/mgp to be used for the auto submission process instead of hand or manual submission. Active: Set this to true to make the tgp/mgp active, if you do not select this you cannot submit to the tgp/mgp, it will remain idle in the database and won't be used until it is set to active.

Getting into advanced features related to database building. After you have built your database, and begin to submit you may notice, "Why doesn't Advanced Submitter not fill some of the fields on the submission website of a certain tgp/mgp?". This is because some tgp's/mgp's change the names of there fields or have certain scripts that do not use normal field names which is written into the html coding. There is a solution for these type of problems built into Advanced Submitter.
Basic rule editing. A rule is when Advanced Submitter looks inside the html coding and figures out which fields is auto filled which what data string. Sometimes Advanced Submitter cannot figure this out on it's own when certain field names in the html coding are named differently than most tgp/mgp's submission pages. So, what you can do is program Advanced Submitter to fill those fields that it misses. For example we will take the tgp Free-Heaven. Advanced Submitter cannot auto-fill the category field. Why? Because Free-Heavens category field name in the html coding is named "group" common names for this field would normally be like: cat, cate, category. But because the field name is none of the common names we must tell advanced submitter that the tgp's category field is named "group". To do this, we would go to the Page Submitter tab look for the tgp Free-Heaven. Right click on Free-Heaven in the list on the left and go to Site Options -> Edit Site Specific Rules example shown below:
Now you should be under the Database tab. You will see 3 box's. In the first box on the left you will click on the right side of it and a drop down menu will prompt, choose free-heaven, next in the seconded box click the right side of it so the menu is prompted, choose the "group" item which will be listed in the menu along with other field names related to free-heavens submission page. In the third box you will want to choose _Category.
So this is what we have, TGP/MGP = Free-Heaven * Which field are we correcting? group * What data goes in field group? _Category. Pretty easy once you learn how to do one. Example shown below:
Also for partner accounts if you wise you put your password into the password field you may do so by manually typing your password in the Value field instead of selecting an option from the drop down menu. Advanced Global Rule Adding Now that you have basic rules adding down pat, your ready to learn how to set global rules. Global meaning wide spread or whole collection. This means if you are constantly having to add a certain specific rule to a lot of tgp/mgp's then you can tell Advanced Submitter to always insert certain data into a certain field name To do this go to the Database -> Fill Rules generic tab. For example if I want "conf" field always checked in the submission pages I would add the field conf and set the value to "1" which means true so it will check that box on the submission page. Example shown below:
